Toronto, Canada - University of Toronto (Forestry Department): WPC sheeting line/pelletizer with Injection Molding Machinery

ONYX has developed machinery for the University's Wood and Bio-Fiber Plastic Composite  High Tech Center.  The center will be using WPC Compounding, Extrusion and Injection Molding to develop parts for automobiles, decking, sheeting, furniture and building materials.  ONYX was honored to design and develop all the machinery, tooling and dies for this Canadian Innovation Project.

Belarus: WPC & PVC Windowsill and Lamination Machinery

ONYX designed and manufactured a new formulation and technology for thick wall panels.  The project produced a 600mm PVC windowsill complete with lamination.

Moscow, Russia: PVC Window, Door Manufacturing, Tooling, and Window Assembly Machinery

A turnkey operation for a complete window and door PVC profile assembly plant.  This factor has been running for over 4 years without any major problems.  Machinery Details:  5 extruders, including downstream equipment, 32 dies with cooling systems.  All machinery provided by ONYX Extrusion Technology Inc.
